Need a car ASAP!

A friend is selling he's Audi A4 98' 2.8 v6 and
has 200000 miles on it and he ask 1200 for it
but I don't know if it's a good price for it
because of the miles I understand "never
judge a book by its cover"  but I dthink my
know how is the life spam on the timing
chain and belt or if it's going to need more
money later to repair I just needed to last at
least a year the check engine light is one
because of the O2 sensor he said I don't
know much about cars and all and don't
know what to do he said He just went
through and rebuild the whole car. spent
$1,000 in just parts. It has new tires new
brakes new rotors new clutch new belt new
Power stearing pump new wheel bearings
new seats new iridium Spark plugs k & n air
filter cabin air filter new wiper blades. Please
any help is good help.

If if does not pass smog I would not buy it for $200.

An old Audi?!! hahahaha- sure, buy it if you want a $1200 bird bath in your front yard- it won't be goin' anywhere, just leave the windows rolled down-
