Does Rear Air Suspension need to be reset

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I took the battery out for a while to keep it charged while I was waiting for spares to repair the car and the air went out of the rear suspension. Now I cannot get the pump to pump it up again. Do I have to reset something?

This is fake.. they don't give any help... They want you to pay them
Mark I live in deepest darkest Africa, Zimbabwe if you have heard of it. Any ideas on how to get advice?
In the absence of any answers I tried putting pressure on the shocks by jacking the rear hubs up. Passenger side held so presumably pumped up OK, but drivers side still not taking air although I left the car running quite a while. The bag is all sucked in! Come on, out of 800 million pple States side there must be one who can help me?
I tried putting presure on the collapsed drivers side air suspension bag by jacking up the hub but despite running the engine for some time the presure did not build up. Any ideas?
Disconnect the battery again for about 10 minutes. It should reset the system in it's own.... Or at least mine did
Olcountry. Thanks for the advice, I tried that but still no joy. How long did it take to pump up and I presume you must have the engine running?
