Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I own a 1990 Lincoln Town Car Sig Series with 85k miles.
I've been having idle issues as if the car loses and regains
power. The last 6 months the car has progressively gotten
worse. People suggest cleaning the throttle body and MAS
as well as checking for vacuum leaks and making sure
transmission had fresh oil and filter. I cleaned the throttle
body, replaced spark plugs and wires and distributor. I can't
find any leaks in the vacuum. My main issue is that I am
unable to locate the MAS. It's not located anywhere
between the intake filter and throttle body. I can submit
photos upon request. Please help
