Is your passenger floor board wet at all? Any weird fog on your window at all? I have a bad heater core on my 95 TC and I currently have a bad heater core, I have also had a bad one on a previous car (not a Lincoln) its extremely expensive in labor because they have to take apart the dash, but there are some fixes you can do. If your floorboard is wet under the mats, its definitely your heater core, if not it could still be the heater core or possibly a hose.
