If it were my car I would can the air suspension and install regular springs and shocks. There are kits for this conversion. The AC compressor I would buy at my local auto parts store or maybe online.

I realize this is 3 years later, but it may help others. For a 1995 Lincoln Town Car Signature, we were able to use the conversion kit for the Ford LTD Crown Victoria. At least in that year they used the same body. (The Town Car was downsized after 95 or 96: the 97 had less interior space and only single exhaust.)
