Rear end

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2004 Lincoln Sig series and the Rear end
shifts from left to right if I jack it up off both rear
wheels it swings to the center what could be the
problem

Is that to big a job for a guy who's pretty good at taking things apart and putting them back do I need to torque specs or just tighten tightly
