The common problem with no spark on the 4.6 is a bad crank sensor. The sensor is located on the passenger side lower bottom of engine. Disconnect and measure resistance of the Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor. The sensor should indicate a resistance of 200-650 ohms. Check the AC output of the sensor measuring between the two wires of the sensor. The sensor should be capable of producing at least 0.5 volts AC when cranking. Inspect the circuits and connections of the sensor to the PCM and service the circuits or replace the sensor as necessary.shaft position sensor, run this test,

Oh not to forget there is an inertia safety switch by the passengers kick panel if that was activated by an accident or tire blowout that could trip switch causing no power sparks
