why does my garage floor have oil spots in the front underneath my belts on my 98 lincoln town car signature series?

underneath my 98 lincoln town car signature series are oil spots at front of
engine underneath my belts what is this problem ?

You probably have an oil leak. Though I can't say for sure, I can tell you from experience the most common leaks towards the front of the engine in those cars is either going to be the oil pressure switch, or the oil filter/water outlet housing that switch screws into. You'll have to do some more investigating.

Do old school card board under the leak.track it take a picture a selfe Pin point leak.go to parts store
