1998 Lincoln Town Car...went to get it inspected and the guy told me the fuse must be out because he couldn't get a reading. He showed me a plug-in under the dash above right foot. Does anyone know what this is called? and how easy is it to change the fuse? Thank You!

The "OBD II" port fuse is many times on the same circuit as the cig. lighter.
