The blower motor electronic automatic temperature control module is located behind the center of the dash panel. The blower motor speed controller is in the right rear of the engine compartment on evaporator and in some cars acts as the resistor. The blower motor is located under the hood, passenger side of firewall area, to the right of A/C accumulator and looks like a round canister. These are the most likely source of a problem if the blower is malfunctioning or not working.
