You might also check your local junk yards. Lots of outstanding deals available in the local bone yard - especially on factory wheels. I have gotten upgraded factory alloys for Cougars/Contours for $10 a wheel, including tires.
You can try used cars in Northern Ireland because they have bigger choice than anwhere else. Like: http://www.ulstercars.co.uk or http://www.cbg.ie/SearchResults.aspx Now used cars in Northern Ireland are said to be cheaper than in the rest of UK.
