where is the blower motor resistor?

The blower motor control is electronic on your Lincoln. It is located under the hood on the firewall just to the rear of the passenger side engine cam cover. It is best to get a replacement from Ford or Lincoln as the aftermarket parts have a reputation of not lasting very long.
