headlights very weak

I have a lincoln town car 2002 . trying repair headlights. need to know which
wire is the ground wire.

The halogen bulbs get dimmer with age. Not hard to replace, but be careful not to touch the glass with your hands, use a towel or glove. If you are unlucky you have an electrical boggle. The auto supply will check the voltage on your battery for free. Some will test your Alternator if you take it off the car.
