fuel door does not open with the button, and the fluid from the reservoir not
sprey when I turn on the wipers.

Use the remote fuel door access in the truck until you service the electric push button control on the drivers door. Do you hear the washer spray pump when activating the switch? these replacement motor are very low cost.

I had issue like that once if all fuses are good ck drivers door wireing harness
