Lincoln Town Car 2005 cold air on passenger side hot air on driver side when heat is on

When you turn the heat on hot air blows
out the driver's side the passenger side
has cold air

I have the same problem with my 2005 Lincoln TC. I spent a total of $1,400 on it at Capital Ford of Wilmington, NC and the replaced? all 5 actuators and most everything else and same problem exists! What the hell i paid $1,400 for i still don't quite know. Actuator on the plenum? I will show AskTrannyMa zz answer to Capital Clowns and see what they say.
