The blinkers stopped working, the dashboard lights don't work, and there's no heat. I would like an estimate

The first two parts sound like a blown fuse. I had the same thing happen to my old 2000 Ford F-150. Check the Master Brake Cylinder Sensor Switch. If there's fluid leaking then it shorted out the fuse associated with it. That fuse controls the turn signals, dash lights and headlights. As for the heat, I do not know. You'll have to call a mechanic.
