Brake, turn and tail lights share a common circuit through the Turn Signal (Multifunction) switch. Tail lights do not. It's possible that fuses have blown but check the light bulbs themselves too. Try clearing the dust and clutter from the Hazard switch too. Click it on and off several times to see if it will start working. Sometimes they get gunked-up and stick half-on.
