the right side signal lamps come on but do not flash on and off , where is the signal flasher located at

i need to find signal flasher  unit for the right side signales  where is this located on the car ?

There is no separate flasher for each side for the blinkers, does the left side flash, blink? If so then there is a burnt out bulb on the right side.

Mercury 1997 grand Marques both lights and the third light flashing when turn on right signal but the fuse box did'nt have a flaser in it t i had tbe since last year but it just start flashing when right

So what about the left side? Does that flash also? And there is a flasher somewhere under there, must be hanging off of a wire connector.
