There is no climate control. I only get hot air. No blended air and no A/C. What could be wrong? I want to repair it myself cause I cannot afford it any other way.

It sounds like your car has a bad blend actuator, which moves a damper on an incoming duct providing air to the car's interior. This door moves dependent on the temperature selected on the climate control panel. The replacement actuator will run around $50.00 to $60.00 dollars, but unfortunately a good deal of dash disassembly is required to access and replace the part.

Thanks for that PokeyG. Is there a place I can on the web to find out how to go about that?
If you do a web search like "replace blend door in a 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis", it should yield some good results. If that doesn't work, a local parts store may have a manual for your car. Good luck!
