Neutral safety lockout switch, on side of transmission, I think. Get up and go thing could be a whole lot of different things. Fuel, spark, Mass Flow sensor cleaning,(that did it on my '93), plugs, injector, fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, dirty throttle body, and more. Do a scan to see if any error codes come up. Auto stores will do it.
