Fuel gauge

Fuel gauge is stuck on over filled when I turn car
off it goes down a little bit. When I turn car back on
it goes back up over filled. Happened after I
jumped someone's other car.

Jumping another car may have caused a voltage spike that confused your car's computer. Maybe disconnecting the battery for a few minutes will reset things. Won't hurt to try.
