my 1999 mercury marq - 1, 5 and 6 fuse continually blow out I have replaced the brake sencer WE twice and this is not the problem this time . I hit the brake and the fuse goes out I hit the turn sign

Check for shorts/corrosion at bulb sockets. Do you have a trailer brake sensor? Disconnect it.
