My 1999 grand marquis won't turn over

Asked by kool May 05, 2017 at 09:04 AM about the 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis 4 Dr GS Sedan

I was sitting at a stop light and my 99
marquis just cut off.. I tried starting it
but it won't turn over... All it does is
crank... I checked all relays,fuses,and
fuel  pump filter.. I even checked the
fuel pump cit off switch in the trunk. I
even changed the fuel pump and
battery.. But I'm not hearing the hum
from the guel pump that i should be
hearing.. I DON'T KNOW!!! But i think
there's no power getting to the pump...
Do anyone have any suggestions??? I
need help figuring this thing out

So even when the car is running and i stop at a stop light you mean to tell me that the starter will make the car cut off even after it's been started and running???

Im having same problem mines did the exact same thing I've replaced the crank sensor fuel pump fuel injectors and it crunk up yesterday only to not crank again today
