Not blowing? Nothing out the vents or out the correct vents? The blower motor for the heater is under the right side of the dash behind the glove box. Sure you didn't blow a fuse? Give us more details of what's happening or not happening and we'll try to help.

my a/c doesn't work or my heater and no it is not blowing its not doing anything

Start with the simple stuff. Check the fuse box first. You may have a blown fuse. That failing, you may have a dead blower motor.
