What is required of a "Full" tune-up, assuming I need to do a full tune -up? Engine Light on and per diagnostic tool says Nbr 4 cylinder misfiring.

Running a little rough, especially uphill.  Don't want to spend to much as giving it to a friend, but want it in a good enough shape that it won't leave his wife and children stranded on the road.
