VERY HIGH PITCH WHISTLE ALMOST A DOG WHISTLE COMES FROM UNDER THE DASH ONLY WHEN CLIMATE CONTROL IS ON EVERY THING WORKS THO COLD AC HOT HEAT DEF ALL FINE , DIDNT HAPPEN FOR MONTHS NOW ALMOST ALL THE TIME?

If your system uses vacuum operated actuators there might be a vacuum leak.
