#7 fuse = burns everytime i barely open the switch
to start the car

Do you have a short under the fuse box? Green crusties? I would take off fuse box and follow these wires associated with #7. Bare wires touching body somewhere? In a bend of the harness where vibration or hot areas of engine?

Take off the negative battery cable before doing this
