my AC LINES FREEZE UP

That is an indication there is moisture in the AC system. The moisture gets in there from a leak. Have a shop recover the refrigerant, perform a leak test, replace the hose, evaporator or O rings that are the issue and recharge the system. Unless you have the proper equipment, like gauges, hoses, a revere tank and a vacuum pump , have a pro do it.

I am guessing you used one of those charge it up yourself kits and got it overcharged. It needs to go to a qualified tech for repair. A/C repair is not a good do it yourself job.
