01 grand marquis is low in the back

I have an 01 grand marquis and it quite a bit lower
in the back compared to the front. I recent had both
ballpoints replaced and since it is now higher I
really noticed the drag. No service lights are on in
the dash either. Springs maybe?

If you have the optional air ride in the back there's probably a leak in the air system or the air compressor for the system is shot. Hope that helps! Jim

Look in the trunk on the left side to see if the air suspension switch is turned off.
