What could be wrong

In order to start the car you have to bump
the key for a few minutes then hold it for a
few seconds then it will start. I tried
replacing the relays. What could it be.

Try starting it in neutral. If it starts better I would suspect the neutral safety switch is miss-aligned or bad.

Still the same. You have to bump the key constantly then hold it down for it to start. But every day it takes longer and longer to start.
