26 seconds after I crank up, battery light comes on.  Already replaced battery
and alternator both of which now test fine.  What's next

Use a multi meter to check alternator output to battery terminals while running 14.3+ OK if not start checking all wiring, loose, corroded, voltage drops etc. ALL ground wires are suspect. Of course you've checked all fuses first.

Had alternator tested while light was off and while light was on. Alternator test good and battery tested good both ways
