Can you be my lighting control module

I have a 2006 grand marquis when I start the car on
a jump box car runs perfect take the jump box off
Car die Instant I check the fuses. Fuse 27 blowout
change that change the alternator Car still shut off
When I turn the flashers on the flash go throughout
the car can you be my lighting control module

Did u change the alternator with a used one or a new/remanufactured one.

If u look under the hood there is a fuse box... fuse #6 is for the alternator/ regulator.
