my 2001 eclipse spyder gt won't start after chnaging oil & valve gasket, why?

after oil change, air filter change and valve cover gasket replaced my car
won't start, like the batter is dead

Maybe the battery is dead or the battery terminals and cable ends need cleaning.

FoR I had a customer that their eclipse ate batteries because they wouldn't replace the cables. Just the terminals, the wire had high resistance and wouldn't charge or start correctly.
