Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Couple nights ago I went to the store and
turned my car off, came out 30 mins later
and it wouldn't start, sounded like it was out
of gas but it wasn't after a few more tries
and staying on the gas it started and ran
fine. Went home got up the next day and
went to Wal-Mart ( started and ran great)
came out and again it wouldn't start. Only
this time its not even trying to start. It turns
over as if it was gonna start but won't ...
Battery is charged, relays look fine but ain't
got a tester. Its acting like it ain't getting fuel
but has gas. I've unhooked the battery and
left it over night but nothing. Never had this
problem before, car has ran great and
always started without a problem. Someone
told me it might have jumped time... Please
help!

Also can someone tell me if roughly $70 $75
is a good price for ALL new parts listed
below
Timing belt kit, water pump, fuel pump,
strainer, serpentine belt, 2 relay fuses, oil
filter and 6 spark plugs
