Your ground wire isn't connected properly.
The one on the upper dash? If so it is powered by the 15 amp cig lighter fuse.
Is it a stock infinity sound system. If so check the main control box under the passenger seat. They tend to get wet under there and go bad.

it will still load/unload CD's,but display is inop, so not able to enter code I will check fuse #12(15a) (power outlet/cig lighter stopped @ the same time. Is there anything on the back of radio to check?) #2 check the ground wire from the battery and then #3 under seat connections.....thank you!
Don't recall anything on ours. We ended up having to change out our system due to the main control box under the seat going bad. But that fuse should get the upper display going again.

Quick ? I unhooked my stock radio tried to put a double din in had some problems with it turning on so switched back now my radio wont turn on no code reading though. .. the time n everything works on the display just dnt have power to the radio checked the one fuse inside in fuse box any suggestions thanks
Double check your fuses and radio connections. If all that looks good try unhooking your battery for about ten minutes. This will reset everything.
My dash resets when I turn over the key every single time I get in the car my ac button turns green when the blower and everything is off what is the problem with that if u can please email me at bryanhughes583@gmail.com
