Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I've been trying to gather information. So many different procedures. Disconnected battery to reset after repairs. Drove perfect at first but then began to sputter when on and off the gas. Then dies at idle. Then sputtered on the highway...finally like magic...did not die at idle..but would not restart. At one sputter, hit the gas to rev which kept it running and the transmission slipped completely.

I removed intake and valve covers to change spark plugs and wires and fixed external and internal oil leaks. Put everything back and the truck started up instantly and ran beautiful. At the time of this my idle sank and stalled. Figured there was a procedure to rebooting ECU where it would reset the idle, A/C on and lights on... Took it it out on the highway, Suddenly flet like intermittent complete power loss but no stall as I managed to throttle through sputters but not like misfires. Long story short, original O2 sensor code...cleared after tuneup, but now CAMSHAFT (not crank) position sensor (which I replaced) code came on. Looking for info to test sensor and trace wires or troubleshoot connections. STUMPED. Ran like a charm for 20 miles...amazing power, quiet and smooth. I feel like driving it into a lake...
