Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 93 Olds Cutlass Ciera has this problem. The cooling fan doesn't come on when it should. I replaced the radiator, water pump, thermostat, engine coolant temp sensor, engine coolant temp sensor gage and 2 fan relays. The fan does come on when I turn the AC on but the highspeed cooling fan doesn't turn on when the car reaches maximum temperature and the car then proceeds to overheat; this occurs only in an idle or slow speed situation; the temperature is just fine when the car is up to speed and the AC works fine. Someone mentioned an AC clutch switch but doubtful because the ac works fine. Does anyone know anything??? this has really got me down

How hot does the engine get in degrees F? My diagrams for cooling fan only show one fan? Any applicable trouble codes? Maybe there is air in the cooling system? Does the coolant boil over or anything?
