Wire tampered

Have a 97 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. My mom
and dad sold it to me years ago they got it from
one of their owner is basically new look fantastic.
After breaking up with an X it has been tampered
with stripped basically it's like a shell of a car yet
still runs. The wiring has been changed and
altered. I have found Bosch equipment in my
vehicle and in the wiring I have taken it off the car
so runs. I have looked up relays because I know
relays have been put in there and I guess it can be
controlled by computers what can this person do
to my car when I'm driving it and what can I do to
get rid of it of the equipment that he had put in
how do I stop him from being able to control my
stuff or control me? He is threatening fuses in with
new fuse boxes. The 97 models come as small
fuses these are large diseases so I'm assuming
there than you are fuses that are being used
nowadays can anyone help me?

Really the only easy (a term im using loosely) way would be to find an identical car with identical options at the auto recyclers, remove the complete harness and replace it but youll have to gut the complete interior and underhood to do so... i dont know your budget but you might want to find a local auto electric shop and have them take a quick look, they may be able to reverse whatever has been done
