WHere is the blower fuse on a 1994 grand am gt

My heat will not blow. It sometime blow lightly. I replaced the blower and it still will not blow. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

you said that it blowed slowly, so this has got to be your problem, as a fuse would make it go kaput with NO Air then~

I would venture to say it could be in your HVAC switch. If the fan isn't getting the right power, it's not going to work properly.
