Does a grand am origanaly have a license plate light

I got pulled over for not having a license plate light. This morning I looked and could not
find a light anywhere around the license plate. Is there a license plate light on the 1995
pontiac Grand am?

no they do not . The cop who gave you that ticket was just messing with you tell that to the judge. you should be able to beat that in court.
