I have a 1998 pontiac grand am. When I turn the wheel right it makes a grinding noise. I replaced both cv shafts. What else can it be?

I have a 1998 grand am. When I turn the wheel right it makes a grinding noise. I replaced both cv shafts. What else can it be?

take a look at the motor mounts for degradation...may need a floorjack and woodblock to prove my point~
