My 99 Pontiac grand am keeps dumping coolant. I was told it was due to the thermostat housing which I replaced abd for a while it stopped leaking but it started again. It is alsorunning hot any ideas?

head gasket seal maybe not good...or cracks .replace it or check if you have some leak///or poor coolant and dirty stuff in the bowl like brown or white gelly liquid...stuff.!!!..hum not good :( //flush the system and clean it whit Radiator flush cleaner /flush again and put some new coolant--for alumiun block only////////..I have before have this problem on my 97 grand am SE 3.1 sfi v6 engine and blow lt on the left side of the head of the engine ,, it start like you before ,,thermostat problem and after head gasket come later.. be aware of it !!! my advises and opinion ... here my picture of my old 97 grand am
