i got a 2000 grandam with the wrong firing order will that stop it from running or starting up

Yes. The front bank is cylinders # 1 - 3 - 5 reading left to right. The rear bank is cylinders 2 - 4 - 6. The correct firing order is 5-2-3-6-4-1. It's possible to switch two spark plug wires and still have a running engine, but it would run terrible.
