The keeps leaking into the spark plugs what is wrong
with it , what do I have to do to repair it? Can
someone please help!

Antifreeze leaking into the combustion chamber? If that is what you mean then you have a gasket leaking, head or intake gasket or less likely a crack.

Oil leaking into the spark plugs? Replace valve cover gaskets or filler cap, which ever is leaking
