There are two thing,s to check, first fuel pressure to rule out bad fuel pump, second is check your coil pack.

Has plenty of fire o. All cylinders the fuel pressure is 56 lbs in my driveway at 1500 rpm but I have no way to monitor it when under load going down the road when the symptoms occur

Im leaning toward bad fuel pump,it will have good pressure, until it quit,s when it get,s warm.
