My rear lights, speedometer lights, automatic stick shift light, fog lights and daytime lights dont wrk. This occurred after having a heater core put in how can i fix this problem? All fuses are good.

Typically your dash lights and tail lights are on the same circuit. I would double check the fuses but I suspect a wire was damaged or shorted out when the heater core was replaced. If you find a bad fuse and replace it and it immediately burns out then you have a short. The mechanic that did the heater core replacement needs to fix the problem they created.
