Take it to a machine shop to have the bleeder removed then go to auto parts store and get a new bleeder. It may be easiest just to get a rebuilt caliper at the auto parts store.

a small pair of locking pliers should be enough to grab the bleeder. Make sure its locked on there very tight, and you might need to use a hammer and tap the end of the locking pliers to get it loose depending on how tight it is. The bleeder screws do not require a whole lot of torque, so make sure not to over tighten the new one. I recommend using a 1/4 inch drive ratchet and a 6 point socket when bleeding brakes, this helps prevent stripping the bleeder as well as over tightening.
