It rains and the inside floor boards are soaked especially on the passenger side seals are good

Clean the area around at the bottom the windshield where the wipes are, there might be dirt, and leaves clogging the drains. If you have a sunroof the drains might be clogged allowing water to migrate down the pillars to the floor. IF all looks good, maybe the windshield seal has failed. Sit in the car with someone spraying a garden hose on the car and see if you can see any water migrating in.
