You should be able to find the wiring diagram on line for that car, but it came with several different radios and speaker setups. Basically, you need a speaker that takes advantage of the way the radio is wired. And to do that, you need to first know if the car radio is a 2 speaker, 4 speaker, or 5, or 6 speaker setup. The harness may be set up for a single dual cone (woofer+tweeter) rear speaker, or two speakers. For the best sound, you need to identify the right pair of wires for your setup. (Reds go the + terminal on each speaker, but that's not the whole story). If you bought a dual-cone speaker that has it's own crossover, it will only have one set of terminals. In that case, use the wires that were meant for the bass speaker. It will work wired backwards, but not well.
