My battery died in my pontiac grand am, and after
we jumped it my stereo decided to quit. No power
whatsoever. I checked fuses, wires, everything i
could think of. What am i missing?

make sure the batt. is good , going dead can do them in , it should have 12.5 volts at rest and 14+ when running , if it has caps pop them off and see if the water level is over the cells, they should not be dry , scan for codes , the radio dying could be coincidence

Maybe your audio system is tied into the anti-theft system and the car thinks it was being stolen when the power to it was cut off by the battery drain.
